Proof that I've been productive so far over the summer.

Took me about a week, but it's DONE! I present the Black Knight. Standing at about 7 inches, he's pretty solid.

Having zero access to a welder, I had to cheat and use epoxy for a lot of stuff... though I think it turned out alright. Did the sword with a bit of painted computer plating and etched on the shiny bits with a Dremel. Shield's a scratched-up reflector on a jewlery pendant, and the head (which has a ponytail in the back) is a smooth black stone. I found the chest-thing at A-Kon, and it was originally going to be a shield before I decided to go a bit bigger.

Also, I used a lightbox to photograph this, and I think it turned out splendidly. May have to get one of my own.

Wow, this is a very polished look and such a continuous sleek color scheme on the piece. The lightbox really makes your sculptures stand out, I say you stick with it. It looks nice.
